Gender Sensitization Cell

The Gender Sensitization Cell at KTPTTI promotes gender equality, mutual respect, and dignity for all students and staff. The cell organises awareness programmes and workshops to sensitize the campus community towards gender issues and ensures a safe, inclusive environment for everyone.

Objectives & Responsibilities

Organise workshops on gender equality and women's rights

Address complaints related to gender discrimination or harassment

Promote inclusive behaviour and mutual respect in campus interactions

Conduct mandatory orientation sessions for all incoming students

Collaborate with external NGOs for specialised awareness campaigns
